In the event of a return or exchange of goods, the return shipping of the package is paid by the buyer. Exclusively due to the fact that the shipping cost is paid by the seller.

Delivery of goods is paid by the buyer, according to the carrier’s tariffs. Shipping cost depends on the volume and weight of the parcel. Delivery cost is summed up with the value of the buyer’s order and after 100% payment within 1 – 4 days it is sent to the destination.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to holidays and customs procedures. Taxes and customs duties that are charged according to the laws of the recipient country are the responsibility of the client.
Returns and exchanges:
If the product you purchased does not suit you, you can return or exchange it. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the items.
The goods must be in original condition, undamaged and with branded labels and packed in original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange of goods or a refund. The only exceptions are cases where the product you received has a fabric defect or an incorrect order.
We are not responsible for returned orders lost in transit, so we recommend that you send your return by registered mail, keep your proof of publication and send us a tracking number.
After receiving your return within 1-4 business days, a refund or exchange will be issued. In the event of a return or exchange, the cost of transporting the order and possible bank transfer fees are borne by the client.
